Printashrink FEP (UV LAMPS) is a heatshrinkable tubing specially developed to shatterproof UV and white light lamps. It is available in the 3 most common lamp sizes on bulk reels or cut cut to length.
This fluoropolymer heatshrinkable sleeving is very transparent and completely unaffected by UV light so is perfect for the covering of UVA or UVC tubes in electric insect killers and sterilisation equipment. It can also be used with incandescent lamps. It is easy to apply at temperatures low enough to avoid thermal damage. This ease of application allows for cost savings for distributors, stockists and large users who can coat in-house and even apply bespoke labels for identification and branding on the lamp under the sleeving.
