Printashrink FEP is a heatshrinkable tubing offering the ultimate resistance to temperature, voltage, chemicals, solvents and UV light. It is naturally non-flammable, non-stick and has a working temperature of 200°C and shrink temperature of just 110°C. Available in transparent in diameters up to 150mm ID and several wall thicknesses as standard. It can be cut as required.

This fluoroplastic tubing which remains flexible even at cryogenic temperatures has many advantages in addition to its resistance to high temperatures, voltage, chemicals, solvents and UV light. It has a very low co-efficient of friction and a non-stick surface, is naturally inflammable, non-toxic and inert to body tissue. Furthermore FEP heatshrink shrinks at 110°C and can weld to itself facilitating the covering or encapsulation of temperature sensitive components. FEP heatshrink is often used for cable jackets, sensor and probe covers, hose protection and electrical termination insulation. It can be manufactured to custom sizes and wall thicknesses as required.
