Print ready markers and heatshrink sleeving have undergone a number of highly specific flattening and cleansing processes to ensure optimum printing. They are available in a number of grades meeting different industry specific standards including MIL-SPEC, fire safety, RoHS and REACH, UL and CSA regulations, and are offered in a wide range of colours and sizes as continuous sleeving or as labels on organised, ladder-style carriers.
In addition to being manufactured from compounds chemically composed to ensure the optimum surface tension for print permanence, print ready markers and heatshrink have been flattened and, in the majority of cases, cleansed with specific substances to enable high performing print capabilities. Each of the below listed grades are used at Printasleeve’s own print facility allowing us to recommend the best fit for your requirements and supplement in-house printing if and when required. FLATTENED, PRINTABLE SLEEVING ON REELS
PRINTASHRINK ECO (FLAT)
Flattened 2:1 shrink ratio heatshrink polyolefin with good print performance. It is zero halogen, has a working temperature of 105⁰C and is available in black, white and yellow up to 50.8mm ID as standard.
PRINTASHRINK CPF/FR (FLAT) & CPF/FR3 (FLAT)
Flattened 2:1 & 3:1 shrink ratio, UL approved, commercial grade heatshrink polyolefin ideal for printers. It is UL approved, has a working temperature of 135⁰C and is fire retardant. It is available in a number of colours and sizes up to 50.8mm ID
PRINTASHRINK SPF (FLAT) & SPF3 (FLAT)
Flattened 2:1 & 3:1 shrink ratio, MIL-SPEC and UL approved heatshrink polyolefin with a working temperature of 135⁰C. It is ideal for identification in aerospace, military and defence applications. It is fire retardant and available in several colours and sizes up to 50.8mm ID
PRINTASHRINK LSZH (FLAT)
Flattened 2:1 shrink ratio, zero halogen, flame retardant, low smoke and toxicity heatshrink polyolefin. It is ideal for identification in fire safety, marine, mass transit and off-shore applications. It is available in several colours and sizes up to 50.8mm.
LADDER FORMAT MARKERS
PRINTASHRINK CPF/FR-L & CPF/FR3-L
Flattened 2:1& 3:1 shrink ratio heatshrink polyolefin organised on ladder-style carriers. It is supplied in the form of printable labels. The tubing is UL approved, fire retardant, has a working temperature of 135⁰C and is available in a range of colours and sizes up to 50.8mm ID
PRINTASHRINK SPF/FR-L & SPF3-L
Flattened 135⁰C, MIL-SPEC and UL approved, 2:1 & 3:1 shrink ratio heatshrink polyolefin in the form of printable labels organised on ladder-style carriers. They are fire retardant and available in a range of colours and sizes up to 50.8mm ID

Made of thermoplastic polyether polyurethane (PUR or PU), they are halogen free, flame retardant (raw material fulfils UL94-VO), water and micro-organism resistant. They are designed to be fixed to the cable or wire using cable ties, and are available in many colours as standard
