Sustainability often begins with the basics, and for us, that means tackling waste. In the months ahead, we’re taking a closer look at how we can minimise production waste and ensure that as much as possible is recycled or reused.
From the way we cut and package sleeves to how we manage offcuts and materials, we’re reviewing every process to make it leaner and cleaner. Small changes – like better waste separation, improved recycling partnerships, and more thoughtful material use – can make a big difference over time.
We’ll also be looking at our internal operations, from office supplies to print processes, to identify further opportunities to reduce our environmental impact.

As a manufacturer, we understand that packaging plays a vital role in protecting our products – but we also know it has an environmental cost. That’s why we’re currently reviewing all our packaging materials and suppliers to find better, more sustainable options.
Our goal is to move towards recycled and recyclable materials, reduce plastic wherever possible, and ultimately transition to carbon-neutral or biodegradable alternatives in the coming years.
We’re already exploring paper-based tapes and more eco-friendly packing materials without compromising product protection or quality. It’s a balance we’re committed to getting right.
Cleaner Energy in Our New Premises
Our move to new premises is more than just a change of address – it’s a chance to make a real, structural difference to how we operate. The new site allows us to introduce cleaner, smarter energy solutions and future-proof our facilities for the long term.
We’re working towards powering our production and office spaces with cleaner, more efficient electricity, reducing our overall carbon footprint. As part of this shift, we also plan to install electric vehicle charging points at our new unit – an important step in supporting both our team and visitors who are making the switch to electric transport.
This infrastructure will help us lead by example, demonstrating our commitment to sustainability not just in our products, but in the everyday running of our business.
